This is an adaptation of Andy's dissertation from his Masters course.
This book explores approaches to mission, with theoretical approaches balanced with practical experiences.
Also examining atractional/event model of church against relational/community models.
This book challenges traditional thoughts, and offers some thoughts to a way forward that enables faith and community to engage.
Interviews in the appendix are all provided by people placing this new model of church and mission into practice.
The forword to this book is written by Rev. Mark Carey, a pioneering minister based in Harrogate at the time of writing this book.
There are principles and approaches thatare challenged, and offered within this book, and the hope is that it engages a serious dialogue within the christian Church.
